Llubav’s Spaghetti

If you’re not in the mood of chopping anything, then this recipe is a great option for you. Now, pick up your blender and these ingredients: 150g of baby spinach, 5 large kale leaves, 12 large basil leaves, 2 cloves of garlic, 50g of feta cheese, 2.5 tablespoons of cream cheese, 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, and, the star of the dish, 500g of store-bought spaghetti.

Start with cooking your pasta. Heat up a pot of water, add salt generously, and throw your spaghetti in.

Meanwhile, you can start making the sauce. Using your blender, process all the remaining ingredients and add one cup of the pasta water. Blend all the ingredients until the mixture forms a puree consistency. 

Now, let’s go back to the pasta pot. Once the spaghetti has reached your desired texture, remove it from the pot and drain using a colander. Transfer the pasta into a bowl, mix it with the green sauce, and voila! Your Llubav’s spaghetti is ready to be served.
